MOVIE PLOT
Calvin Bloom and Jack Vega are a team of struggling scientists with their own small research firm, Bloom & Vega Laboratories. These guys are too honest for their own good! Unwilling to fudge reports for their corporate clients, they have a tough time making enough money and just can’t pay the bills most months. Life is hard and they get pushed around a lot.
Then one day, they discover the cure against visual aging and the tides of their fortune shift dramatically. Doing away with the need for cosmetic surgery, the duo become heroes to the Hollywood crowd and movie stars begin to invite them to A-List parties. They start rolling in the dough and every pharmaceutical company courts them aggressively for the formula. Some even try to steal it!
Everything should be great. But sudden fame and riches are not all they’re cracked up to be. The perils of wealth and stardom soon overwhelm this clumsy pair and they get creative about having a simpler life.
